On Friday 1 September we hosted a Cookery Club at Hengist Field Care Home, when we made and decorated cupcakes together.
We weighed out our ingredients and mixed the cake mixture together, then filled our cake cases ready to be cooked by our Chef.
In the afternoon we had fun decorating the cupcakes, piping the butter cream (which was so much fun!), icing and decorating with glacé cherries, chocolate sprinkles, rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate drops, milk chocolate drops and rice paper butterflies.
We had music playing in the background, as well as plenty of group conversation and laughter.
The cakes looked beautiful and tasted delicious with a cuppa!
