We had an absolutely lovely afternoon on Friday 26 April with our Hengist Field Care Home residents out in our minibus, with the sun shining for us.
We took a wonderful slow drive around the Kent countryside, passing bluebell woods, horses, Oast houses, spring lambs and sheep, alpacas, bright yellow rape seed fields and some beautiful houses and pubs.
We had drinks and snacks on board for a little refreshment, so everyone could just sit back and enjoy the ride and the scenery.
We are so lucky to have all these wonderful views, buildings and animals on our doorstep – what a super time we had!
