Daffodil gifts

Staff and residents at Hengist Field Care Home in Sittingbourne wished a “Happy St David’s Day” to all on Monday 1 March. Everyone received a delightful bunch of daffodils – bringing in some springtime sunshine and lots of smiles to our faces!

Leeks and laughter

We had great fun making and painting ‘leeks’ in an afternoon arts and crafts session. There was lots of laughter and Welsh-themed chatter while we worked; we had music playing in the background – Welsh singers of course – including Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey.
