On Friday 20 October it was Wear It Pink Day for Breast Cancer Awareness. Our team at at Hengist Field Care Home all dressed in pink and held a special coffee morning with ‘Pink Punch’.
We held a raffle and a pink games afternoon, where we played “Bra Pong”, “Guess how many pink chocolate hearts in the jar”, and “Throw the bean bags into the pink hat”.
It was a fantastic fun day for a great cause, with lots of group conversations, banter and heaps of laughter. Our lucky winner of the Pink Hamper was our lovely Linda; Congratulations Linda.
