On Good Friday here at Hengist Field Care Home we enjoyed smelling and tasting different flavoured hot cross buns.
Apple and cinnamon, cheese and black pepper, lemon and white chocolate, extra fruity and blueberry.
Food tasting always goes down well here at Hengist Field and the hot cross buns were certainly a big hit!
There wasn’t a winning bun, as everyone said they were all really lovely, especially with a nice spread of butter on them. Very tasty!
