We decided to make some Easter cookies during our Cookery Club here at Hengist Field Care Home on Thursday 6 April.
Our residents made plain, chocolate chip and fruit cookies; great fun to make with all the different shaped cutters, including round and egg shaped, rabbit shaped and even gingerbread men shaped!
It was lovely to hear the group conversation and laughter and once the cookies had been baked, we all enjoyed them with a nice cuppa. Delicious!
