Here at Hengist Field Care Home on Friday 11 August, our wonderful resident John and his gorgeous wife Pam celebrated their golden wedding anniversary, marking 50 years of being happily married.
John and Pam’s son Jamie, his wife and the grandchildren came to celebrate with them in our Orangery Lounge which we had decorated with banners and balloons. Our Chefs made a wonderful golden anniversary cake, which John, Pam and the family thought was lovely – and of course there was a bottle of bubbly!
Wishing this lovely couple massive congratulations from everyone at Hengist Field – here’s to many more happy years together.
