You can’t beat a nice crispy pancake with a choice of all the different toppings on Pancake Day, which is exactly what our residents had here at Hengist Field Care Home!
Also, you can’t let Pancake Day go by without doing some pancake flipping, which we did at our coffee morning. How funny – pancakes went everywhere, but luckily we didn’t get any on the ceiling!
We all had a brilliant time, plenty of concentration, but oh so much laughter!
