On Saturday 20 April here at Hengist Field Care Home, we held another very successful Gong Bath session for our residents.
Our ladies and gents seem to really relax and enjoy Philippe’s meditative sessions.
Philippe uses a range of instruments, including gongs, to make sounds – for example the sound of waves and the ocean. To add to the ambience, we make the room very calm and tranquil with our ceiling projector, tea lights, aroma diffusers and gorgeous voiles over the lamps, all adding to the tranquil atmosphere.
