Recycling Christmas cards – arts and crafts
Now that Christmas is over for another year, we decided to recycle our Christmas cards here at Hengist Field Care Home, during an arts and crafts session on Monday 8 January.
We had great fun cutting out some of the lovely pictures and verses, using crinkle scissors – to be made into Christmas tags for next year, or used for decoupage arts and crafts.
We spoke about our Christmas memories and also read aloud some of the lovely verses from the cards.
A really creative and fun time together.
