On Thursday 5 October here at Hengist Field Care Home we held our Cookery Club, where we made some delicious crepes together.
We had mixed fruit, ice cream, lemon, sugar, golden syrup, sprinkles and different flavoured sauces on offer so everyone could choose which fillings they fancied.
The afternoon was buzzing with conversation and everyone was chatting about what fillings they were going to try.
All the crepes looked and tasted so good and some of our lovely residents had three or four – enjoying every mouthful.
A messy but very tasty afternoon. We’ll definitely be making crepes again in Cookery Club!
