The Hengist Field Care Home team were delighted to feature in their local newspaper recently, in an article praising their care and recent ‘Good’ Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.
The article details some of the Commission’s findings, including how care at Hengist Field is ‘provided in a way that was considerate of peoples’ diversity’ including culture, religion and gender, as well as upholding respect and privacy.
The Home was also praised for its support of staff and targeted training.
Home Manager, Neli Koleva is delighted with the CQC’s finding and thanks all her team for their hard work and commitment:
