Staff and residents here at Hengist Field Care Home wished two of our lovely residents a “Happy birthday” on Saturday 2 July.
Happy 81st birthday Mary
Happy 81st birthday to our lovely Mary. We sang “Happy Birthday” to Mary, decorated her room with banners and assisted her with her many presents and cards.
Mary adores cats, so many of her birthday cards and gifts were related to cats, which Mary loved. Mary chose a strawberry and cream cake, which looked and tasted gorgeous.
Many happy returns Mary!
Happy 85th Birthday Ken
Happy birthday to our handsome Ken, who turned 85 years young on Saturday. We decorated Ken’s room with banners, presented him with a card from all at Hengist Field, and sang him “Happy Birthday”.
The fabulous Catering Team made Ken a lovely cream and chocolate cake, which was delicious; Ken thoroughly enjoyed it.
