Birthday wishes
On Saturday 25 June we celebrated our lovely resident Bill’s 95th birthday at Hengist Field Care Home.
Bill enjoyed opening many cards and was delighted with his chocolate and cream birthday cake.
As part of his celebrations, he enjoyed going out with his son and family.
Many happy returns Bill – we’re so glad you had a very special day.
Putting pen to paper
Over the weekend, two of our residents, David and Jane, sat down together and practiced writing with a calligraphy pen which they both enjoyed.
They had fun experimenting with different lettering and swishes. Shakespeare would be proud!
