Our Easter ducklings delivery arrived at Hengist Field Care Home on Tuesday 26 March and our lovely residents have had great fun watching the ducklings hatching and becoming all dry and fluffy.
Some of our ladies and gents have already had a cuddle and we’re all looking forward to seeing the duckling in the paddling pool, and having more cuddles when towel drying them.
First thing in the morning, everyone seems to race to see them and to see if we have any more that have hatched. It’s such a joy to experience.
They are so cute and will certainly give us a very happy, quacky Easter!
