On Thursday 21 September our lovely Jackie celebrated her 71st birthday at Hengist Field Care Home.
We decorated our cherry lounge with banners and balloons and our Chef made a small buffet and a beautiful birthday cake, with edible flowers on, which Jackie thought was fantastic.
A few of Jackie’s family came to celebrate with her as we had Scott Elvis singing at our Home on the day; he sang ‘Happy birthday’ to Jackie and everyone joined in.
Our birthday girl was presented with cards and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers by our Home Manager Neli.
She had a wonderful day and it was certainly a birthday to remember, being sung to by Elvis!
