We all enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of cake decorating this week at Hengist Field Care Home, with lots of different coloured icing and sprinkles.
We made and decorated chocolate Rice Krispie cakes and decorated sponge cupcakes too – all mixed with lots of love, group conversation, taste testing (of course!) and sing-a-longs!
Our lovely Chef Kay joined us for this afternoon of fun and laughter, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
And the icing on the cake? Eating all the goodies we’d made!
