PAT dog Dexter
On Tuesday 12 May here at Hengist Field Care Home, our lovely Pat Dog Dexter visited our residents during the afternoon.
And wow, did he bring plenty of smiles! Everyone loved stroking and patting Dexter, as well as talking to him and giving him little treats.
It’s amazing and beautiful how ‘man’s best friend‘ – our gorgeous Dexter – can bring so much joy.
International Nurses Day
The day also marked International Nurses Day and our Chefs made some very tasty cupcakes, with edible nurse themed cake toppers, to celebrate our fantastic Nursing staff, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed with a cup of tea.
