Last week our residents at Hengist Field Care Home tested their baking skills by making some delicious cheese straws – always a popular snack.
They used pre-made pasty, cheese, mixed herbs and paprika and could design how they wanted their straws to look and what toppings they’d like.
Our Chef Jonny baked them for us so they were ready for afternoon tea time.
Everyone was delighted with how tasty they were. Yum!
