Last week, a group of our Hengist Field Care Home residents spent a lovely morning at Oad Street Craft Centre.
Everyone had a choice of drinks from the menu and something to eat – mainly cake, as we all like their fantastic cake menu! Banoffee and peanut cake, toasted teacakes, bonfire cake, caramel blondies, carrot cake, rocky road and many more, yum, yum!
Everybody had fun with group conversation, banter and so much laughter, agreeing that they’d all had a really lovely time and would like to go again soon. Definitely – for more cake!
