We enjoyed double party celebrations here at Hengist Field Care Home on Friday 18 December – celebrating Elf Day and our annual Christmas party!
Much festive fun was had by our residents and staff; our staff entered into the Christmas spirit by dressing up and visiting all of our residents who are unable to leave their rooms – keeping the spirit of Christmas alive for everyone.
We have a brilliant Recreation and Well-Being team at Hengist Field who go above and beyond for the health and happiness of our ladies and gentlemen. Many of them and our hard working and dedicated care staff also dressed as elves for the day.
Residents ate delicious homemade party food prepared by our wonderful kitchen staff, as well as mulled wine, teas and coffees.
There was lots of fun and laughter which was lovely to see and hear, especially as the pandemic continues through what should be the happiest time of year.
Our residents enjoyed great food and drinks at the party!
