The summer is here, the sun is shining and everyone is enjoying the lighter evenings, going on holiday and lazy days at the beach. So on Monday 10 July we welcomed Jess who came to perform her sunny ‘Ship Ahoy’ show for us.
Well, what can we say? An absolutely fantastic afternoon! Jess dressed in many outfits and took us on a tour of different countries – Spain, Italy, Paris, Ireland and England to name a few.
She sang songs for each country and also a selection of other songs including some from Mary Poppins.
Some of our residents’ families joined us with their loved ones and everyone said they thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done Jess and thank you!
