On Tuesday 22 June we took a group of our residents from Hengist Field Care Home to Herne Bay for ‘proper’ fish and chips and an ice cream by the sea.
We had a lovely walk along the pier and everyone really enjoyed their lunch and 99 flake ice cream.
Thankfully the rain held off and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip out, smelling fresh sea air and admiring the views.
A brilliant outing which delighted everyone.
