Wow! What an absolutely fantastic afternoon we had on Friday 8 July here at Hengist Field Care Home, in the company of talented singer Peter Kneebone.
Peter delighted our residents out in our courtyard garden with his fantastic repertoire of songs, which included some classic hits – Return to Sender, Copacabana, Sweet Caroline, Because I Love You, Amarillo, Kissin’ in the Back Row of the Movies and so many more.
Everyone joined in the singing, waving their arms and tapping their feet to the beat of the music. Our carers joined in with the singing and dancing too, which was great fun!
Everyone loved the music and enjoyed the sun shining; it really was a perfect Friday afternoon.
