We wished our lovely Rita and her husband Norman a wonderful ‘Happy 58th Wedding Anniversary’ on Tuesday 27 October at Hengist Field Care Home.
We organised a visit for Norman to visit Rita in our lovely Orangery lounge and decorated it with banners, balloons and floral decorations for them.
Our Chef made an amazing cake and prepared a lovely trolley with refreshments for them to enjoy, and we gave them a special card from everyone at Hengist Field.
Rita looked gorgeous and was so happy to see the love of her life. It was so beautiful and emotional – there weren’t many dry eyes at Hengist Field that day!
Norman and daughter Jane were so grateful, they couldn’t thank us enough.
A very special day for a very special couple.
