We enjoyed a fun afternoon this week tasting different flavoured sausages at Hengist Field Care Home.
We had a delicious selection to try;
- Bramley apple and pork
- Caramelised red onion
- Mozzarella and smoked tomato
- Maple and smoked bacon
- Cumberland
- Welsh cheddar and smoked bacon
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed sampling each flavour.
Our two winning sausages were….drum roll please…..Cumberland and Caramelised red onion. Yum!!
