On Friday afternoon we held an arts and crafts session here at Hengist Field Care Home.
We made hanging planters out of plastic bottles and large food tins, painting and decorating them with bright colours, ready to be filled with soil and planted for spring.
Some of our residents also finished painting the salt dough elephants they had made previously.
As always, there was plenty of laughter and banter. Some super works of art and a lovely afternoon socialising.
