Our residents spent a lovely Bank Holiday afternoon at Hengist Field Care Home making and decorating chocolate cornflake crispy cakes for Easter.
They mixed all the ingredients and then added them to cupcake cases, topping each one with little bunny, chick and mini egg decorations. So sweet and yummy too!
We loved having music playing in the background while we crafted the cakes, with plenty of group conversation and laughter too. Such a fun activity.
