Some of our lovely residents from Hengist Field Care Home enjoyed a trip out to The Playa Club in Minster (Isle of Sheppey) on Wednesday 31 May for a pub lunch with a beautiful sea view.
It was a lovely trip out where we drove along the coast road so we could see the sea. It was a beautiful bright day, but very windy, but that didn’t dull our spirits. When we arrived at the Playa Club, we had a sea view from our seats and everyone chose what they would like to eat and drink from the menu.
It was a lovely meal and plenty of it so no one wanted dessert as we were all so full. There was so much laughter, everyone had a fantastic time and we’re all looking forward to the next one.
The food was delicious…
…and the sea view was stunning!
