We held a brilliant fun firework afternoon here at Hengist Field Care Home on Saturday 5 November.
We made paper fireworks, filled a Guy Fawkes piñata to bash (filled with sweets!) and held a Guy Fawkes and firework quiz – which everyone said they had a great time doing.
Our residents enjoyed chatting to one another and there were afternoon tipples to be had if they wished – choosing from Baileys, sherry, beer and wine. The afternoon certainly went with a bang!
