As we are arriving in France on our Around the World with Nellsar Cruise this week at Hengist Field Care Home, we decided to tickle our tastebuds with some tasty French treats.
Our residents loved our French pastry tasting session and enjoyed a morning of making Eiffel Towers from chocolate biscuits (our ladies and gents enjoyed eating them after!)
And who doesn’t love a fun French selfie in Paris!? We had great fun outside with our ‘Tour de France’ bicycle!
We’ve also enjoyed some arts and crafts in our garden recently when our residents had fun painting butterflies in bright colours and attaching them to straws – they look so cheerful and summery!
