Happy 93rd birthday to our lovely Sylvia here at Hengist Field Care Home.
In the morning, our staff decorated Sylvia’s room with banners and brought her a card from everyone at our Home. They sang ‘Happy birthday’ whilst presenting Sylvia with her birthday cake, which was lovingly made by our kitchen staff.
Our Orangery lounge was decorated with banners and balloons, party hats and glasses for Sylvia’s family to join her in celebrating her special day. Her relatives chose to take the party outside into our garden as there was such glorious sunshine.
There were lots of smiles and laughter from all who helped to celebrate Sylvia’s wonderful birthday.
