We’ve celebrated some lovely birthdays in the last few weeks here at Hengist Field Care Home.
On Thursday 30 September we had two birthday girls!
Betty turned 90 and received lots of beautiful cards and flowers, as well as a special birthday cake created by our lovely Cook Kay.
Olive celebrated her 86th birthday and her family came in with lots of presents, cards and flowers. She also loved receiving her delicious birthday cake.
On Sunday 10 October we wished Eileen a very happy birthday as she turned 87 years young! Her son David came and took her out for the day, which always makes her very happy!
Also celebrating was our lovely Beverley who turned 69. She enjoyed Debbie and Angel going in to her room with banners and cards and singing ‘Happy birthday‘. Later in the day, Bev had a visit from her friend Angela and she was presented with a birthday cake, complete with pink wafers.
Many happy returns to all our lovely ladies!
